1. Do I have to go to the dealer for factory-scheduled maintenance in order to avoid losing my warranty?

2. How often should I get my oil changed?

A: Every 3,750 miles or 3 months, whichever comes first. Please visit our oil information page for more details.

3. How often should I get my brakes checked and what are signs that I might have a problem?

A: Every 7,500 miles or 6 months, whichever comes first. Please visit our brake information page for more details.

4. What are some signs of engine trouble?

5. Why should I bother with all of this maintenance and trying to remember how long it was since my last oil change or tune-up?

A: Properly maintaining your car helps prevent inconvenient breakdowns and much more costly repairs down the road. The good news is that with our computer database, you no longer have to remember anything with your car maintenance. A: Absolutely, we have extensive experience in dealing with insurance companies and insurance-sponsored repairs.

8. Does Far East Motors offer any kind of warranty for its repairs and services?

9. If my car breaks down what do I do?

A: Call us immediately to alert us to the problem at 301-495-7300 , if needed you may call C & C Towing at 301-589-2403 Then call the shop as soon as possible to let us know the vehicle will be coming in to the shop for repairs.

10. I was just involved in an accident what should I do next?


A: After exchanging insurance and drivers license information call us immediately to alert us to the problem at 301-495-7300

If the car is disabled call C & C Towing to schedule car pickup at 301-589-2403. If the car can be driven still then arrange with your Far East Motors Service Advisor or Benjamin’s Auto Body Website   at  301-495-3775

Note: If you are going through your Insurance company for repairs then they may require you to see their appraiser first before bringing in your vehicle for repairs if the car is drivable.
